Nestled in the heart of Istanbul's prestigious Kadikoy neighborhood, the Wyndham Grand Istanbul Kalamis Marina Hotel is truly a gem that I had the pleasure of experiencing during the festive season. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff, like Anday, who ensured our check-in was smooth and effortless. the grandeur of the lobby exuded luxury, setting the tone for a memorable stay. Our room, offering panoramic views of the city, was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance. the attention to detail, such as the complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and the two bottles of water, truly enhanced our experience. Exploring the hotel's dining options was a culinary delight. the Ouzo Roof Restaurant, named after the traditional Greek drink, offered stunning views of Kalamis Marina and the Marmara Sea, creating a perfect backdrop for our evenings. the array of international cuisines served at the 8 restaurants and cafes provided a gastronomic journey that catered to every taste. One of the highlights of our stay was the Blue Harmony Spa, where we indulged in therapeutic treatments and a steam bath ritual that left us feeling rejuvenated. the 3500 sqm full-service spa, complete with indoor and outdoor pools, catered to our relaxation needs, while the Children's Play Area ensured the little ones were entertained. For business travelers, the hotel's 14 meeting rooms and ballroom offered a perfect blend of work and leisure. the convenient access to Kadikoy Seabus Port, Ferry Port, and Metro Station allowed for easy exploration of Istanbul's attractions on both the Asian and European sides.
